Full modern renovation on the main floor
Perfectly Built
This was an especially fun project where we were we left no stone unturned. With this home we decided to knock out the kitchen wall and put in a beautiful and very functional 8x4 island with farm sink, wine rack, microwave cutout, ample shelving and drawers. We also added crown molding and a marble mosaic back splash with a pot filler over the stove. We also added all new floors, doors, stairs, modern horizontal hand rails, light fixtures, modern stone fireplace, vanity’s and so much more.

Here we took 2,200sf of concrete slabs and turned it in to a multi functional basement. This basement boasts a beautiful entertainment room, office, bedroom, and a full bathroom. We added many accents to make this basement was a one of a kind. From the stone arches, shiplap walls, oversized barn doors, and custom stereo system with built in touch screen this basement is sure to stand out.

This was a six week full bathroom remodel that involved knocking down the shower wall, raising the tub deck and adding a decorative shaker style tub skirt.
